Did you know that Christians have a right to all the blessings God offered to the Jew? Blessings of health, victory, God's favour, and all the other good things. (Read about these blessings in Deuteronomy 28). There is only one thing that we need to do to come into all of these blessings, that is to love the Lord with all our hearts, soul and strength. In other words accepting the Lord Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour and walking according his word by practically appropriating them to our every day lives. Still not convinced?
You may say, but these promises were made to the children of Israel as they were about to enter the Promised Land, but I have news for you, In Galatians 3:14a it clearly states that "Through Christ Jesus, God has blessed the Gentiles with the same blessing he promised to Abraham, ..... (NLT) and if you are still not convinced here is another verse Galatians 3:29 "And now that you belong to Christ, you are the true children of Abraham. You are his heirs, and God's promise to Abraham belongs to you.". Hallelujah!! what am I waiting for, what are you waiting for to walk in these blessings?
All we need is to recognise that by faith Abraham believed; so by faith we need to walk in our blessings. We need to speak and believe the words of truth from the Bible in our lives each day until we see them manifesting practically in our lives. Are you sick, are you needing food, shelter, wisdom? Ask in faith; keep believing and God will do as He says: "Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Ephesians 3:20.

Father I pray that you open the eyes of our understanding to your word so that we may see through the eyes of faith and enjoy the manifestation of your promise in Jesus Name Amen.
